Refunds apply only to the initial payment made during enrollment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Include the following details in your email:

Full Name

Email used during enrollment

Payment Transaction ID

Reason for refund request

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from approval.

Amount will be credited to the original payment method used at enrollment.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted if:

The request is made after 24 hours of enrollment.

Services have been partially or fully delivered (consultations, work, access, or onboarding provided)
